Exchange Mart Table Requirement:

You must display a poster when hosting a table.

Poster requirements:

Posters must be in place at the Exchange Mart by 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Only one poster per association/organization.

Please keep in mind that all posters must be “homemade”. Any posters thought to be professionally done will be disqualified.

Posters will be judged on the following:

General Appearance

– Is it attention-getting?
– Is it done neatly?
– Does it catch the eye of the passerby?
– Does it retain your interest enough to read the entire content?

Originality

– How do you present your subject matter?

Clarity/Identity

– How easy is it to tell who submitted the entry?
– Does it meet size requirements of 30” x 40”?

Note: posters must be exactly this size and no tri-fold boards. Anything overhanging the edge of the poster will disqualify the poster, as it will no longer meet the size criteria.

– How well do you express the theme?
